F-Secure Cyber Security (PTY) LTD now a level 4 contributor to B-BBEE in South Africa

Johannesburg, South Africa—November 26, 2019: Cyber security provider F-Secure has successfully concluded the search for a suitable B-BBEE partner for its South African entity by entering into a shareholding agreement with the Masibambisane Empowerment Trust on October 1, 2019.

The beneficiary of the B-BBEE trust is Rays of Hope, an organization based in Alexandra, Johannesburg. F-Secure completed necessary due diligence to ensure that the contribution to the applicatory Trust aligns with the codes of good practice while supporting South African economic growth through a broad-based ownership scheme.
